Single Coaching Session

The phone call for this one-off session might start with the words "I want to run something by you," or "I'm feeling a little weird about a situation," or maybe even "I need to make a decision and I'm not sure what to do."  No problem.  We'll work it out. 

Before we say goodbye, we'll have come to some sort of solution, resolution or forward strategy.  And the one-off coaching sessions come with a quick follow up call to see how things went or how they're going with relation to the issue at hand.  Session details include: 

• One Hour Phone Call
• Drill Down of Issue & Clarity of its Components
• Brainstorming, Decision Making Exercises 
• Simple Plan/Strategy Creation
• 10 Minue Follow-Up Call (date/time TBD)
